Located in a small town just north of Toronto, we have been in business providing design, product development and prototyping services for over 34 years serving a diverse range of customers in Canada and the USA.

We produce quick turnaround aluminum tooling to support our prototyping. We have a wide variety of equipment to facilitate our success in rapid prototyping. These include full CAD, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, in house 3D printing, and injection moulding in a wide variety of materials. In the last five years we have shifted towards focusing on rapid prototype and aluminum injection moulding and short run productions whilst still maintaining the reverse engineering design and fabrication of prototypes.

To support the above-mentioned activities, we have design and manufacturing equipment namely:

• Two CNC machines
• Two injection moulding machines
• Three 3D printers
• Laser engraver
• Vacuum Forming machine

Our staff are experienced professionals who have been with the company for a number of years. We operate out of a stand alone block building, a 4380 Sq ft building which includes separate spacious office on the upper floor with kitchen and bathrooms, mezzanine storage area, with spacious ground floor for its equipment. We have a wide commercial shop garage door which allows plenty of room for loading and unloading. We also have ample parking space beside and in front of the building.
